Submission Steps:

• Step 1:  Download the sample format for event details via the link provided [Click here]. Please ensure that you upload a separate file for each event your institution is planning to organize.
• Step 2: Fill in the required details in the downloaded format. It is crucial to provide comprehensive and accurate information for each event to facilitate smooth coordination.
• Step 3:  Save each filled format as a Word file.
• Step 4:  For the last step, kindly upload separate Word files, each encompassing the details for a specific event as per the proposed number of events. This consolidated documentation will enhance our ability to efficiently manage and coordinate the diverse activities scheduled for Amiphoria 2024.
