DESCRIPTION OF EVENT

A competition of making Salad and carving of fruit/Vegetable where each team comprising of two members  will compete with others by showing their creativity, innovation and skills in preparation of Salad and Carving of fruit/vegetable.

  • DATE & TIME OF EVENT:- 7 March 2024, 10 am onwards
  • VENUE OF EVENT : Advance Training Kitchen Lab, 2nd Floor CRB, Amity School of Hospitality
  • REPORTING TIME OF EVENT:- 9:30 AM
  • TIME FOR REGISTRATION OF TEAMS -9 :45 am
  • TIME FOR BRIEFING FOR PARTICIPANTS 10:00 am

TIME FOR COMMENCEMENT OF EVENT:10:30 am

Time allotted to Participants –from 10.30 -12.00 noon for Salad making and for Carving from 12 noon to 1.30 PM.

RULES & RUGULATION
FOR PARTICIPANTS

  • Participation is open for all the students studying in colleges/ university of any discipline and participation will also be open for all the students of classes IX to XII standards of any recognized school.
  • Team shall be required to prepare salad pertaining to any cuisine of their choice keeping in view to prepare at least two portions-1 for presentation and another for tasting.
  • Carving can be done on any fruit/ vegetable as per the choice of the team.
  • Teams are required to bring their own ingredients both for Salad and Carving competition along with required carving tools/equipments. However, the organizing Institute will provide working table, basic crockery, cutlery, glassware and equipments as required for the same.
  • Teams are free to bring their own materials/equipments as required for the presentation of Salad/Carving during the conduct of Competition.

Chopping boards and bowls will be provided by the organizing Institution.
